By creating an account or placing an order on InstantScale, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
InstantScale provides social media marketing services (followers, likes, views and related engagement) sourced through third-party providers. Delivery speed and quality depend on the selected service and the provider's availability.
3. Accounts & wallet
You are responsible for the accuracy of the links and details you submit and for keeping your login secure. Wallet balance added to your account is used to pay for orders and is generally non-refundable once an order has been placed.
4. Orders & refunds
Most orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the amount is credited back to your wallet. We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for changes made by the social platforms themselves.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal content, accounts you do not own or control, or in any way that violates the terms of the underlying social platforms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
